Vacuum PSA oxygen generator

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) is a novel technology for producing oxygen-enriched air. It is a near-isothermal physical process that utilizes the different adsorption capacities of different components in a gaseous medium on an adsorbent to achieve gas separation. The adsorbent selectively adsorbs when the pressure increases and desorbs and regenerates when the pressure decreases to a negative pressure.

Features

Compared to traditional Roots blowers, energy consumption is reduced by 10-20%.

Noise levels below 85dB do not require noise reduction measures to meet noise requirements.

The equipment is skid-mounted, requiring no foundation installation and no circulating cooling water.

No need to change the lubricating oil or the bearings; the bearing life can reach more than 20 years.

The aluminum alloy three-dimensional flow impeller has a lifespan of over 20 years and boasts high efficiency.

The machine is small in size and easy to maintain with low cost.

It has a high degree of intelligence.
